NORTH HYDE PARK NEIGHBOURHOOD ASSOCIATION

A local community-group of some 250 members, mainly resident in and around Hyde Park Corner, Woodhouse and Wrangthorn.

CONTACT: Isobel Sidebottom (Vice-chair and membership secretary).

TELEPHONE: (0113) 2751597.

EMAIL: isobelsidebottom@hotmail.com

OTHER INFORMATION:

* The Association exists to promote good relationships among all residents and to protect the neighbourhood from destructive developments, through convivial social and artistic events, local campaigns (e.g. Leeds Girls' High School site, Woodhouse Moor), proactive interventions (e.g. Conservation Area Appraisal, contribution to the Headingley/Woodhouse Neighbourhood Design Statement), and the assiduous monitoring of local planning applications.

* The Association welcomes new members, whether they be permanently or temporarily resident. The subscription is nominal, and entitles the member to free entry to social events and receipt of the NHPNA Newsletter six times a year. Enquiries to Ms Sidebottom.
