Local football coaches join forces
Football coaches from two local junior clubs joined forces to develop the stars of tomorrow.
Mark Elwen of Crossgates Lions FC with Chris Johnson and Phil Manchester of Temple AFC performed voluntary coaching & refereeing duties for more than 300 girls and boys at the County FA Headquarters in Woodlesford.
The annual event is a celebration of the Charter Standard awards achieved by local teams.
And it is the third successive year that these coaches have worked at the event.
Phil Manchester of Temple AFC said: "This was an opportunity for us to give something back to the County FA and also to meet and extend contacts and friendships with coaches and teams throughout Yorkshire."
