Through Community Challenge Arla colleagues can apply for a grant if they volunteer regularly in their community.
Annette Cardno, operations administration manager at Stourton National Distribution Centre and Anne-Marie Sanderson, customer relations coordinator, took advantage of the scheme.
"First Methley Rainbows and Brownies forms part of the wider girl guiding UK club and relies heavily on donations and fundraising.
"Through my involvement as an adult leader I was able to apply for the grant," said Annette.
Both Kippax and Methley Rainbows (5-7 year olds) and Brownies (7-11 year olds) hold weekly events for children from the local area.
