Jess Clarke: Seacroft family back their girl to fire England to cup glory
A Seacroft family was today hoping its own shooting star could help fire the England women's football side to glory.

Jess Clarke, 20, is in the running for a place in the team that was to face Germany in the European Championship final in Finland today at 5pm.

And, should she be selected, her proud loved ones will be cheering her on from their home in Seacroft as they watch the action live on TV. Mum
Carol Dockerty, 37, said: "I'm really looking forward to it, but nervous as well. When she played on Sunday I had to leave the room because I just couldn't stand it!"
Gran Pauline Dockerty, 64, added: "We're all really proud of her – this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for her."
Jess, a midfielder who plays for Leeds Carnegie Ladies, started in England's semi-final win over Holland on Sunday.
Jess, a former pupil of John Smeaton School in Stanks is one of two
Leeds Carnegie aces in the Three Lions squad – the other is 29-year-old player and YEP columnist Sue Smith.
