Horsforth students show their caring side

Two Horsforth students are showing their caring sides by helping Marie Curie Cancer Care as part of their course.

Trinity & All Saints College students Katy Parkinson, who is studying Media and Marketing, and Alicia Edwards, also studying Media, will join the fundraising team for the next six weeks.

Alicia will help to organise the annual Diamond and Daffodil Ball in Bradford and Katy will be helping to organise the Great Daffodil Appeal.

Alicia said: "I am enthusiastic about giving something back to thecommunity by getting involved with all the fundraising activities planned for the New Year."

Katy said: "I am looking forward to being involved with such a devoted charity and being a part of the fundraising team."
