Horsforth St Margaret's: Annual football tourament invite

Horsforth St Margaret's is set to host its 9th annual six-a-side tournament this summer.

Junior football teams from across the region will gather over the weekend of 20th and 21st June 2009 to take part in the event which will be held at the Leeds University playing fields in Adel.

Club chairman, Paul Worcesterm told Horsforth Today: "We're really proud of this event, the tournament gets bigger every year with a record 156 teams taking part last year from across Yorkshire and Lancashire.

"Those involved work so hard to make this event the success that it is. It's a fantastic way to get young people together to take part in a really exciting weekend."

Teams will range from under 6 to under 14 boys and girls.
