Horsforth: Armed robbers dragged victim from car
Two armed robbers have dragged a woman from her car in Horsforth and tried to reverse over her.
The woman was sat in her blue Ford Fiesta in the car park of the Fox and Hounds pub, on Tinshill Road, when two men wearing balaclavas dragged her from the vehicle at knifepoint.
The victim, who had been servicing gaming machines in the pub, was thrown to the ground behind the car, where the robbers tried to reverse over her before driving off.
West Yorkshire Police said the Fiesta was later found abandoned on Holtdale Green, Holt Park.
A briefcase containing personal property, including bank cards and a mobile phone, had been stolen.
Anyone who saw the robbery, or who saw the car being abandoned, is asked to contact Pc Lindsey Houghton at Weetwood police station on 0845 6060606 or Crimestoppers, anonymously and in confidence, on 0800 555111.
