Headingley: £1.8m revamp for flats complex
A complex of flats on Cardigan Road in Headingley is undergoing a £1.8m overhaul.
The work will see seven new flats created within the existing Valley Court building while another nine will be built in a rear courtyard.
Part of the cost of renovating the Leeds and Yorkshire Housing Association-owned two-storey property is being met by the Government's Homes and Communities Agency.
