Bramley: Lucky escape for sleepy diner
A sleepy Bramley diner had a lucky escape when he dozed off while cooking his lunch – and his flat caught fire.
Firefighters were called to the third floor flat in Poplar Court, Bramley, at around 3.20pm on Saturday, November 14.
The 25-year-old had been roused by a neighbour banging on the door.
