Adam Chadwick: Little Ruby's tribute to her murdered dad
Little Ruby Chadwick sent her love to murdered "Daddy Adam" in a bouquet of balloons she released into the sky from a memorial service at his graveside.
The four-year-old does not know why she can no longer see him but thinks of him watching her from his place "alongside the stars".

Adam's parents, Martin and Jackie Chadwick, his sister Gemma, Ruby's mum Haley and her parents Gary and Julie joined dozens of other relatives and Adam's friends at Armley Hill Top Cemetery on Friday, June 26, almost a year after his death.

As police hunt the three masked men who burst into Gemma's home in Clifton Mount, Harehills, Leeds, at 10.40pm on June 24 last year and shot Adam, the popular 20-year-old carpet fitter known as "Chad" was remembered with love and affection.
The service was conducted around Adam's headstone with its football, his Wortley Old Boys team No 7 engraving, Adam's checked baseball cap and many floral tributes including one spelling out Chad 7.
The Rev Gordon Cooper, who took Adam's funeral on August 1 at the nearby Church of the Venerable Bede, travelled from his new parish in Garforth to conduct the emotional remembrance.
The service included prayers, a Bible reading and poetry as well as the release of the balloons by Ruby and Gemma and an address from Adam's dad Martin.
He said: "As we look around we can see Adam made lots of friends and we believe he was impossible to dislike. His biggest love of all was that for his daughter Ruby. We miss him loads, but like I said even now he still makes us smile." added Mr Chadwick.
After the service Mr and Mrs Chadwick repeated their appeals for the woman who had earlier knocked at doors in Clifton Mount seeking a " Michelle" and later returned with the men who burst in and shot Adam to contact the murder inquiry team on (0113) 2413006.
