Author and TV star Karl Pilkington will be in Leeds this weekend to meet fans at a ticketed event.

The best-selling writer and presenter of An Idiot Abroad will sign copies of his new book, More Moaning: The Enlightened One Returns, at WHSmith on Lands Lane on Saturday (12pm onwards).

Access is via a wristband which must be purchased in advance from the store, and which includes a signed edition of the book.

The sequel to The Moaning of Life sees Karl goes back on the road, having therapy in Tokyo, visiting a polygamous man in California, painting with his own vomit in New York and having his bum cheeks read by a fortune teller in Berlin.

He has starred in three series of Sky One’s global hit An Idiot Abroad.

Fans are advised that queues to meet Karl are likely due to expected high demand. Anyone accompanying a wristband holder may attend the event, but will not be allowed to have books or merchandise signed.
