Neighbours and West End star Jason Donovan has announced two Yorkshire dates as part of an upcoming UK tour.
The 80s heart-throb, who shot to fame in the Australian soap, is staging 34 'conversation' shows filled with stories, jokes and music spanning his career.
He will be at Wakefield Theatre Royal on October 26 and Harrogate Theatre on November 2.
The former I'm A Celebrity contestant's tour is called Jason and his Amazing Midlife Crisis, and tickets go on sale on March 24 from www.jasondonovan.com.
There will be the opportunity to take part in Q&A sessions at the shows, and Jason will perform acoustic versions of his hits.
“In the past I’ve either been too young, too busy or too dazed and confused to be able to make sense my life. But now, on the eve of my 50th birthday - and older and wiser, if a little more weathered - I believe that I am finally in a position to put my life into perspective. I’m in a great place, surrounded by good people and don’t feel like I need to prove myself any more," he said.
After a high-profile relationship with Kyle Minogue, Jason racked up 16 hit singles, but was unhappy to be typecast as a teen heart-throb and later passed out on top of Jack Nicholson during a cocaine binge at a party hosted by Kate Moss.
