Thousands braved fire, ice and electricity to become total warriors in Leeds.

Adrenaline junkies tackled 30 punishing obstacles in the 12km challenge in the landscaped grounds of Bramham Park.

Competitors for the Total Warrior event jumped through fire, crawled under barbed wire, ploughed their way through mud and even plunged into icy water over the weekend.

The course culminated in a giant 40-metre long water slide where competitors even faced electrocution as they braved the challenging course.
