Famous faces sign up to support Leeds hospice

A trio of Yorkshire’s celebrities have been announced as official ambassadors for Martin House Hospice.

Christine Talbot, co-presenter on ITV Calendar’s news programme, is joined by Ryan Sidebottom, Yorkshire County Cricket player and Mike Heaton, drummer in Embrace, as the first to sign up as ambassadors for the children’s hospice.

Christine, said: “I look forward to being part of a very special and vitally important place.”

Chief Executive of the hospice, Angela Monaghan, said “We value the time and commitment the ambassadors dedicate to Martin House from attending events and fundraising for us, to spreading the word and encouraging others to take part.”
