Here is the latest arrival to take to the spotlight at a Leeds farm.

The six-day-old Irish Moiled calf is the newest member of the herd at Temple Newsam’s Home Farm.

Dave Bradley from the farm said they are expecting another 60 calves to arrive over the course of the spring.

And he said the new arrivals are always a big hit for young visitors to the attraction in east Leeds.

He said: “We’ve only got the one calf so far but we still have an awful lot more of them to come.

“We’re expecting around another 60 to arrive from different herds.

“They are a big hit with visitors, especially the children, because every one loves to see new life.”
