The latest rotation of the street food vendors at Trinity Leeds will see five new arrivals pitch up in the Trinity Kitchen food court.

The five have been given eight-week residencies.

They are:-

Baked in Brick - BBQ chicken tikka wraps and wood-fired pizza cooked in the back of a Mini Cooper.

Steak Out - Steakhouse-style sandwiches served on brioche rolls with a range of sauces.

Persian Kitchen - Middle Eastern street food.

Sela Bar - Grilled cheese sandwiches with a range of toppings.

Chowdown Streatery - American-themed street food, including burgers and chilli dogs, made with local produce.

Also returning to Trinity Kitchen after a successful first stint is Thai Khrim, which offers hand-crafted Thai ice cream with fun toppings. They've been given a contract covering the next two rotations.
