Five more people charged over fatal quad bike collision in West Yorkshire



Five people have been charged in connection with a quad bike collision that claimed four lives.

Ryan Beal, 20, Brandon Brown, 20, Alexandra Binns, 18, and Terrie Louise Kirby, 16, who were all from Upton, died when a quad bike and a car collided on the A6201 on September 27 last year.

Jason Ogilvie, 26, of Wakefield; Jacob Ward, 22, of Barnsley; Andrew Kirkwood, 32, of Dewsbury; George Tomlinson, 24, of Wakefield; and Gemma Layton, 26, of Leeds, have been charged with encouraging and assisting in the commission of a dangerous driving offence.

They will appear at Wakefield Magistrates Court on Wednesday, May 4.

10 people have already been charged in relation to the incident and will appear on the same day.
