A NEW healthy eating restaurant is opening in Leeds tomorrow – and the YEP got the first look round.

Asian-inspired lunch favourite Itsu has taken over the former Barratts shoe shop on the corner of Commercial Street and Trinity Street.

Diners will be able to pick from 64 protein-packed, low carb options, such as smoothies, salads, soups and sushi.

Said Takhamt, director of development, said: “It’s an exciting time for the city’s fast growing food and drink scene and we look forward to being a part of it.”
