Fire crews were called to a fire at a wood flooring warehouse in Leeds.

The 30m by 20m building was well alight when firefighters arrived at the site on Armley Road just before midnight.

A spokesman from Leeds Central Station said: “All of the building was involved in the fire and flames broke through the roof as we arrived. We used six engines from three stations, no-one was injured in the incident.”

He said the bulk of the material inside the building was laminate flooring and added the cause was under investigation.
