Creative youngsters from Leeds have seen their very own fashion designs go on display at Lotherton Hall.

Children from three secondary schools – Leeds East Academy, Cockburn High and Lawnswood High School – had visited the hall to take inspiration from its Dressed for Battle exhibition, through DesignQuest, a national project by The Prince of Wales’ education charity, The Prince’s Foundation for Children and the Arts, aiming to give all children chance to explore the arts.

The pupils then got busy on their own lifesize designs, based on the theme of the Second World War. Their clothes have now created the Make Do and Mend exhibition at the hall, which runs until September 9.
