Two estate agent branches braved the rain as they joined forces to support a summer fundraising fair at a Leeds school.

The Adel and Horsforth branches of the Manning Stainton donated nearly £500 to the Cookridge Primary School PTA to help make the annual event a huge success, despite the awful weather.

A spokesperson from the school said: “The weather could have been more favourable but it did not deter people turning out in large numbers and generously supporting us.

“We are also very grateful for the help we received from community-focussed businesses such as Manning Stainton.”
