A Leeds clothing brand surprised three local customers with a pre-Christmas outfit drop on their doorsteps.

Joe Browns, which is based in Holbeck, chose the trio among 10 UK competition winners to receive a surprise festive gift from the retailer.

Janine Glendinning from Bramley, Adele Turner, of Yeadon, and Melissa Bentley, who lives in Swillington, all opened their front doors to find mannequins dressed in personally-styled new outfits worth around £200.

The happy mail order shoppers were then filmed by the lifestyle label’s staff as they discovered Christmas had come early.

A delighted Janine said:

“I couldn’t believe it, I never win anything! Thank you so much for my prize, it was such a lovely surprise and a really kind thing to do.”

And Melissa admitted she had almost bought one of the garments thaty adorned her personalised mannequin.

“Oh wow I love it! I actually had my eye on this coat! I’m over the moon with my prize.”
