Police investigating the violent robbery of a schoolboy as he got off a bus have released a CCTV image of a youth they want to trace.

The 14-year-old victim was punched in the face by the man and had his mobile phone stolen after he got off a bus in Carr Manor Road, Moortown, Leeds.

The youth pictured had boarded the bus in Leeds city centre and got off at the same stop as the victim.

He was aged 16 to 18, about 5ft 7ins tall and of medium build.

The incident happened some time between 9.20am and 9.40am on Thursday, February 13.
