CCTV appeal: Man broke into Leeds home and stole keys to van

Police investigating a burglary in Leeds have released a CCTV image of a man they want to trace.

The break-in is believed to have happened between 7am and 5pm on May 24 at an address on West Busk Lane, Otley.  

The burglar went inside the property and stole the keys for a brown Volkswagen van parked outside, before driving off in the van.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "Officers are appealing for anyone who recognises the man pictured to get in touch, as he may have information valuable to the investigation. 

"Anyone who has any information or anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area at around the time is also asked to contact police."

Detectives have released CCTV images captured during an armed robbery at The Three Hulats in Chapel Allerton.
