Masked robbers raided a betting shop in Leeds last night (Thursday).

Two men, wearing bandanas over their faces, walked into William Hill on Coldcotes Circus in Gipton shortly before 9pm.

One of them claimed to have a gun, but had his hand covered.

It is thought they used a crowbar to get behind the counter to steal cash from the solitary female worker.

They also stole a customer’s mobile phone.

Anyone with information should call Leeds CID via 101.
