The RSPB Big Wild Sleepout later this month will feature an appearance from Cbeebies’ favourites, the Twirlywoos.
The event, which runs on July 29 and 30, offers the chance to camp out in the RSPB’s Fairburn Ings reserve for a nocturnal adventure.
Twirlywoos will be dropping in for visits at intervals throughout the Saturday afternoon whilst there will be plenty of other events to keep families busy.
Sally Granger, Visitor Experience Manager at Fairburn Ings, said: “We’re really excited to have the Twirlywoos joining us this year.
“They’re all about seeking out adventures and discovering new things, so they fit in really well with what we do here at the reserve.
“I’m sure there will be lots of children very excited.”
