SUPERMARKET giant Asda has joined the country’s professional body for customer service.
The Leeds-based company has signed up with the Institute of Customer Service. Institute chief executive Jo Causon said: “We are delighted to welcome Asda as a new member. Our recent research shows that the company has a high degree of customer satisfaction which is a testament to their innovative approach to both customer service and employee engagement.”
Helen Milford, Asda’s director of customer service, said: “Joining the Institute of Customer Service is another way we can demonstrate our commitment to the customer.”
