A PROPERTY in Ilkley now has new occupiers – including the property developer behind its refurbishment.

The Wells Road property is occupied by the Swedish financial services group Handelesbanken, luxury car funder Bridford Financial Solutions and payroll specialists Modus UK.

And in the fourth unit is property developer Candelisa which bought the 4,330 sq ft, two-storey building and undertook the refurbishment project.

Yorkshire law firm Gordons advised Candelisa on the acquisition and letting of the property.

Candelisa was formed by two architects and is now an international property group.

Our picture shows Simon Mydlowski, commercial property solicitor at Gordons, left, with Candelisa directors Frank McAleer, centre, and Guy Taylor, outside the fully-let Ilkley business centre.
