A NEW website which links housebuyers directly to sellers has been launched.

The free site allows housebuyers to list their requirements so sellers can respond directly if their property matches. can be used by private housebuyers and estate agents.

The website has been launched by Boston Spa entrepreneur James Mortimer, along with friends David Cockrell and Nick Schutz from Berkshire.

The team initially aims to concentrate on attracting buyers and sellers across the UK before marketing across countries throughout mainland Europe and in America.

As the service is free, revenues will be generated through advertising.
