DEVELOPER Munroe K has today unveiled a new £12m office for global banking giant HSBC.

The bank’s specialist mortgage division is moving into a new 54,000 sq ft building on White Rose Office Park in Leeds.

The building will complete later this month after a 44-week build programme, which took place on a pre-let basis. About 700 HSBC staff will move there from their existing 73,000 sq ft office on the same site after the bank signed a new 15-year lease.
