Leeds firm advises on revenue offices

A CONTRACT to advise Her Majesty’s Customs and Revenue on its liabilities for two rented and dilapidated properties has been won by the Leeds office of Colliers International.

The firm will evaluate Hockney House, a 10,000 sq ft office building in Shipley and Crown House, a 3,500 sq ft office building in Wakefield.
