DEPUTY Prime Minster Nick Clegg has given his blessing to a group that aims to inspire the business leaders of the future.

Mr Clegg dropped in to a development workshop in Leeds which was hosted
by Insight With Passion (IWP) founder, Kate Hardcastle.

During his visit to the event at the independent coffee house, Moments in central Leeds, Mr Clegg saw how 10 businesses were benefitting from IWP’s “Access for All” scheme. The scheme aims to help business start-ups and charities by providing expert advice and motivation from the IWP team.

Similar sessions have been delivered across the UK to more than 800 micro and smaller businesses as part of the 8,000 hours of time IWP give back to the community every year.

Ms Hardcastle, who led the workshop, said: “Today is about one of our core values as a business – giving back to the community, which we see as an essential part of any responsible business. We are thrilled that Nick Clegg wanted to visit today to understand more about how our scheme works and we expect to deliver many more of these workshops throughout 2014.”

The businesses had an afternoon of discussions about how to “charge up their business” for 2014 a
