Firm brought in to source new spaces

Serviced office provider Prospect Business Centres has appointed the world's largest commercial real estate services firm, CB Richard Ellis, to help source suitable buildings to enable national expansion.

The partnership should halve the time taken by the sourcing and negotiation process to around three months.

Busy

Prospect Business Centres managing director Charlie Cudworth said: "We have been very busy looking for the right buildings across the country to become our next serviced office centres, and we have already found some, but we have chosen to partner with CB Richard Ellis to manage the sourcing and initial vetting process."
