New businesses say hello to Granary Wharf

THE taste of success continues at Granary Wharf in Leeds where two new venues are set to open up this month.

Out of the Woods Granary Wharf, the site's first coffee shop, will offer seating and a takeaway service.

It is also opening a pop-up Christmas shop in a next door unit from today.

And Brazilian steak restaurant Fazenda has agreed the lease of a 4,538 square foot unit at the Wharf for 15 years.

The restaurant opens on November 22.

David Deacon, urban development manager at ISIS which owns Granary Wharf, said: "The success of the commercial aspect of Granary Wharf is very much down to the fact that what we offer here is a place where independent retailers can thrive."
