Lottery boost for wildlife trust

THE Yorkshire Wildlife Trust, which runs nature reserves across the region, has had its own lottery win.

The York-based organisation has received £80,470 this year thanks to the People’s Postcode Lottery.

Reserves such as Hetchell Woods near Leeds, Flamborough Head on the East Coast and the flagship Potteric Carr in Doncaster will benefit from the cash.
