Leeds building preservation company honoured
A SPECIALIST building preservation contractor has been honoured at a top industry event for its commitment to training.
Brick-Tie Preservation, which has offices in Sherburn in Elmet, Leeds, was recognised by trade body the Property Care Association (PCA) at its annual awards ceremony at Lord's Cricket Ground in London.
The PCA Awards reward the cream of UK businesses working in the building preservation and protection sector.
Bryan Hindle, managing director of Brick-Tie Preservation, collected the PCA's Highly Commended Training Award.
Stephen Hodgson, general manager of the PCA, said: "Mr Hindle's immense enthusiasm for training, both for himself and his team, is remarkable and is to be applauded."
Mr Hindle said the award recognised the commitment to ensuring all employees had the best opportunities to learn new skills and improve themselves.
