Former employee takes over shop
A WELL-KNOWN boutique clothes shop in Wetherby has a new owner.
Jackie Abusin has enjoyed working at Olivia Grace for the last two years so much that she has bought it.
But she says it will be business as usual.
Ms Abusin said: “Having worked in the shop for the last two years I have got to know many of the regulars well and, more importantly, the clothes and styles they want to wear.
“I only intend to make very few changes. Why change something that has worked brilliantly for 15 years? A number of new collections are being added to the existing lines we currently stock.
“Another improvement I’ve made is to the logo, which has been given its own 2012 makeover. This has taken years off it and already it had the desired effect of drawing in new customers.”
