Design agency gives company a new identity
ESTATE agency Preston Baker, which has an office in Leeds, has been given a new brand identity, thanks to a York-based design company.
United By Design was asked to create a brand with impact for Preston Baker which would appear on For Sale and To Let boards, its website, car livery, office signage, advertising, promotional literature and mobile phone apps.
Preston Baker is headed up by former Bairstow Eves franchisees Ian Preston and James Baker.
United By Design’s owner and creative director, Owen Turner, said: “Visual impact was created by using a strong colour scheme and introducing an iconic mark.”
