Company’s vehicles get greener

THE drivers at a Leeds business have put themselves on the road to being greener.

Drivers at Hewlett Civil Engineering are making fuel savings - and cutting CO2 emissions - after having speed limiters fitted to their commercial vehicles. Hewlett has been trialling the speed limiter on four of its vans before deciding whether to roll it out to the fleet.

Andy Preston at Hewlett said: “An ever-growing cost for most organisations is fuel.”
