Burglars steal Asian gold bangles from Leeds home

Thieves stoleÂ a series of Asian gold jewellery from a house in Leeds during a burglars.

The burglars struck on November 15 at a house in Strathmore Terrace, Harehills, sometime between 6.10pm and 8.30pm

They stole a haul of 12 gold bangles from the home.

And the following day, two men were captured on CCTV cameras at a jewellers shop - trying to sell a bangle identical to one that was stolen.

The jeweller did not by the bracelet.

Police have today released the CCTV still footage and have appealed for anyone with information about the burglary to come forward.

The two men are described as having Eastern European accents.
