Blaze tackled in high rise building in Headingley

FIREFIGHTERS have tackled a fire in a third floor flat in Headingley overnight.

The incident was reported at just before 10pm yesterday at Queenswood Heights at Queenswood Gardens in Headingley, Leeds.

Fire crews from Leeds, Moortown, Cookridge, Hunslet and Stanningley attended the scene.

The fire was put out overnight.
