Beach attraction to return to Leeds city centre

Have your say

The summer fun of a sun-baked trip to the beach will once again transform a Leeds city centre square next month.

Leeds’ City Beach will turn Millennium Square into a mini beach complete with a traditional Ferris wheel, a real sand area, deck chairs, palm trees, activities and stalls.

The second annual City Beach will also bring bungee trampolines, a jungle funhouse, beach slide and water attractions every day from Saturday August 9 to Sunday August 31 from 10.30am to 7pm.

Food and drink stalls offering up everything from barbecue treats to traditional sweets will also be present at the free entry attraction.

City Beach has been organised by International Funfairs in partnership with Leeds City Council.
