Baby of the Year 2010 winner revealed

They made you smile and cheered up a few autumn days.

Now the voting is over and it's time to hand out the prizes.

These happy toddlers took top spots in our Yorkshire Evening Post Baby of the Year competition sponsored by Crown Point Shopping Park.

By a clear margin, Ruby-Leigh Princess Mabbott, aged 21 months, was voted first by readers and wins 500 of Mothercare vouchers for her proud mum Chantel Campbell.

Chantel, 24, of Brayton, Selby, said: "I am so happy. I can't believe it." She is now a full-time mum but was originally a barmaid.

Runners-up were Harry James Moorhouse, aged four months, of Willans Avenue, Rothwell, and Elliott Guy Batley, aged 13 months, of Holborn Grove, Woodhouse, Leeds, who both win 250 of Mothercare vouchers.

Harry's mum Katie, 21, a part-time sales advisor, plans to buy him a baby walker and Elliott's mum Claire O'Toole, 20, will buy him toys.
