Arrest in Leeds serial flasher case

Police investigating reports of a serial flasher in Leeds have made an arrest.

The 22-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday (Dec 2) on suspicion of two offences of outraging public decency after officers were called to reports of a man exposing himself and committing a lewd act in Western Flatts Park, Wortley.

He is also being questioned on suspicion of nine other similar offences in the Wortley area between March and June this year.

He was subsequently released on police bail pending further enquiries.
