A man has been arrested after a car crashed into a shop in Leeds.

The vehicle hit the Noshi Foods store, at the junction of Hyde Park Road and Alexandra Road, in Hyde Park, in the early hours of Saturday.

The West Yorkshire Police roads policing unit tweeted to say that a man had been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after allegedly failing to stop for officers before the incident.
