Appeal launched to track down wanted Wakefield burglar

Police are hunting a Wakefield man who is wanted on recall to prison.

Wayne Andrew Robinson, 25, is believed to be somewhere in the Wakefield area having breached the terms of his prison licence.

Robinson, a convicted burglar, is described as white, 5ft 4ins tall and slim with short dark brown hair.

Detective Inspector Steve Greenbank, of Wakefield CID, said: “We are actively seeking to locate Robinson who has breached the terms of his prison licence.
“If he is not prepared to adhere to these strict guidelines then he must be brought to justice.”

Anyone with information regarding Robinson’s whereabouts should call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
