NEW images have been released of the multi-million pound leisure centres to be built in Armley and Morley.
Planning applications have been submitted for both complexes - to be built at a total cost of £30m - and if consent is given work will start later this year with a completion date of 2010.
Facilities at each centre include a 25m swimming pool, gym, sports hall, dance studio and a bar-cafe.
Coun John Procter, executive member for leisure, said: "These latest images of the two centres look fantastic and I'm sure everyone will be impressed when they see them.
"This project is really exciting and these images show how close we are to work starting and making the dream of these two superb new facilities a reality."
