The première of a Kay Mellor TV drama starring Billie Piper was showcased on the big screen in Leeds last night.
A Passionate Woman tells the story of young wife and mother Betty (Billie) who falls in love with her Polish neighbour in 1950s Leeds, only for her affair to implode 30 years later on her son's wedding day.
