Fun and games are heading to Leeds and will arrive just in time for the summer holidays.

World of Fun will return to the Killingbeck Playing Fields, offering up all the fun of the fair for one fixed price every day from July 28 to August 6. There really is something for everyone, from white knuckle thrill rides to family attractions for toddlers.

“Best of all, once you get a wristband you can sample ride after ride on our attractions as much as you want for up to three hours,” said organiser Albert Evans.

“The park is security controlled, so if mum and dad don’t want to ride, they can sit back and relax with a well-deserved coffee and cake from our catering choices.”

Entrance to the site, just off York Road next to Asda, is £7.99. Visitors can take a hair-raising spin on the Atmosphere Creator Waltzer, Twister or Freak Out, plus our biggest ride ever the Sky Flyer and there are plenty of kids rides for the smaller ones to enjoy.

“And what fair would be complete without a spin on the dodgems? And with three hours to sample the rides in there is plenty of time to test out the driving skills for those without a license,” added Albert.

For non-riding adults, entry is £1, but does not include access to the rides.

Daily session times are noon until 3pm, 3pm until 6pm and 5pm until 8pm. Height restrictions may apply on some attractions. Free parking.
