Seventy five per cent of apartments in phase one at Tate House have now been snapped up by owner occupiers and investors keen to beat the forthcoming stamp duty increase on buy-to-let properties and second homes.
Nina Barker, sales manager at the Leeds office of exclusive selling agent JLL says: ‘Since the start of the year sales have been incredible.
“There is no doubt the stamp duty increase coming into effect in April has really spurred investors into action.”
